SUMMARY:Breaking Bread Pizza Workshop @ SMW!
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, March 3rd\, spend an afternoon at Shade Mountain Winery with the Pizza Guru\, Jason\, from Breaking Bread Company (Milton\, PA)\, making Pizza and drinking SMW wine! Jason knows all there is to know about Pizza….the history\, ingredients and the fine art of baking. He will mesmerize you with his knowledge…..and guide you through baking your own “pie” with the ingredients that suit your palate! He will have his very own oven on-site\, so after assembling your pie\, he will cook it quickly for you to be enjoyed on the deck or in our back room!\nWhile you follow along these workshop\, you will be offered a glass of one of three different SMW red wines: Rascal Red (Sweet-Sangria)\, Proprietor’s Red (Semi-Dry) or Cabernet Franc (Dry). These wines all differ in their sweetness levels and varietal character…..so you can choose the one that suits fancy! All three would be wonderful accompaniments to your own “slice of heaven!”\nThe cost of the workshop is $25 and includes Jason’s tutelage\, pizza baking supplies and a glass of wine! The class will begin promptly at 1:00 and we estimate will last roughly and hour.\nTickets for the class can be purchased here. A receipt will be emailed to you.
