Thereafter\, the talented Beth Stark RDN\, LDN of Beth Stark Nutrition will lead you in creating a snack board to be enjoyed as nourishment for your mind\, body and soul. Also included in the afternoon of pampering is a warm weather SM wine cocktail to assist you in the “un-wine-ing;)” process.\nRegister online here!
