DESCRIPTION:“Light” up your afternoon at Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards by making candles under the tutelage of The Olde Loft candle crafters! The Team at The Olde Loft (Richard Road\, Middleburg) have taken on the craft of candle making and are looking forward to imparting their expertise on to you!\nOn Sunday\, July 27th enjoy their “garden” themed candle crafting class here at the winery by working through organized stations: 1.) scent bar/station that includes some of herbal\, berry and floral seasonal scents 2.) a vessel prep station 3.) a wax dispensing station and finally 4.) a pour station where your candles will be set.\nTo add to the “garden” theme\, local farm Flower Farm on the Hill\, will be here with their Bloom Bar! Pick and choose from their beautiful\, stemmed flowers to craft a lovely bouquet to bring home with you! Build your own bloom bouquet per your floral and financial liking;)! They will be accepting payment on that day!\nThe cost of the candle class is $35 and includes instruction and supplies (specially a terra cotta candle vessel\, capped off with a trendy bamboo lid adorned with “The Olde Loft” logo).\nBe sure to stop at the bar and grab a tasting flight\, a glass or a bottle of wine to enjoy while you work (not included in the price of the ticket)! A little wine will surely assist in getting the creative juices flowing?\nTickets can be purchased here on our website and FB page. The class is limited\, so do not wait long to grab your tickets.
