Start off by enjoying a 40-minute yoga fit session aiming to strengthen\, lengthen\, stretch and tone your body led by Chelsey Davis (of Yoga Fit Studio and ACSM certified fitness trainer) outside on the SMW deck set against the peaceful vineyard backdrop.\nNOTE: Outdoor yoga session is weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather\, the session will be moved inside. Please be sure to bring your own yoga essentials\, as mats etc. are not provided.\nDirectly afterward\, build your own Mediterranean-inspired hummus and veggie board to refuel while learning practical tips from Beth Stark\, RDN\, LDN for incorporating the principles of this healthy lifestyle into your everyday routine for overall well-being.\nCost of the ticket is $40 and includes yoga instruction\, a Chef + Registered Dietitian led recipe demo and the creation of your personal hummus board to enjoy at the winery or take home. You will be given a take-home box) The confidence to bake at home\nLimited seating — reserve your spot early!\nThis class includes all the supplies you’ll need to create and assemble your own\, personal pizza. You will also be given snacks/grazing board to enjoy while making your pizza. Your pizza will be cooked on-site\, as the Pizza Gurus are bringing their own pizza oven that can quickly cook your masterpiece.\nNow what goes better with PIZZA than SMW Wine;)?!
