DESCRIPTION:“Light” up your afternoon at Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards by making candles under the tutelage of The Olde Loft candle crafters! The Team at The Olde Loft (Richard Road\, Middleburg) have taken on the craft of candle making and are looking forward to imparting their expertise on to you!\nOn Sunday\, October 6th craft your own candles here at the winery by working through organized stations: 1.) scent bar/station that includes some of our classic and seasonal scents 2.) a vessel prep station 3.) a wax dispensing station and finally 4.) a pour station where your candles will be set.\nThe cost of the class is $30 and includes instruction and supplies (specially a 10 oz translucent tumbler champagne in color\, capped off with a trendy bamboo lid adorned with “The Olde Loft” logo).\nBe sure to stop at the bar and grab a tasting flight\, a glass or a bottle of wine to enjoy while you work (not included in the price of the ticket)! A little wine will surely assist in getting the creative juices flowing\nTickets can be purchased here on our website and FB page. The class is limited to 35 people\, so do not wait long to grab your tickets. We anticipate them going quickly as the Team from The Olde Loft is energized and has a wonderful afternoon planned for you.\nHope to see you on October 6th!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Annual Customer Appreciation Harvest Festival Weekend!As always we plan on having the vintner’s famous pig roast and soup available….music…..and of course wine!We plan on having our grape stompings at 1:00\, 2:00 & 3:00pm as in years past!T & D’s Cats of the World will be here 10am-1pm with a little critter to show off! \nKettle Korn by Kratzerville Boy Scouts Troup 441Music will be provided by The Pepper Street Band starting at 1:00 and going through 3:00pm sharp. We will have them perform outside behind the winery in our grassy area so please bring your own seating/blankets!In this grassy area\, we will have a tent in the back where wine by the glass and wine by the bottle can be purchased.
