Join local registered dietitian nutritionist, recipe developer and food photographer, Beth Stark on Sunday, February 4th at 1 pm for a lively cooking demo featuring a recipe for Smoky Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili. As the chili simmers away, Beth will share tips and tricks for crafting a visually-appealing, nutrient-packed and delicious “chili-cuterie” board that brings together an array of unique flavors and textures to be used as garnishes for a bowl of chili. This is the perfect crowd-pleasing way to serve chili where everyone gets to experiment with their favorite ingredient combinations or keep it simple!
Cost of ticket includes a “welcome wine cocktail”, a glass of one of Shade Mountain’s fine chili-paired-wines, dietitian-hosted cooking demo, generous sample of Smoky Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili or Three-Bean Beef Chili garnished to your liking and an afternoon in a beautiful setting overlooking Shade Mountain vineyards.
