Elevate your holiday table by featuring a themed charcuterie board as part of the spread!
At Shade Mountain Winery in Middleburg, join local registered dietitian nutritionist and foodie, Beth Stark on Sunday, November 12th at 1 pm to learn how to build a festive Thanksgiving turkey- or Christmas tree-themed charcuterie board that’s full of irresistible flavors, pleasing textures and healthful nutrients. Of course, we will explore the best Shade Mountain wines to pair with your holiday charcuterie board too!
As part of this fun and interactive workshop, guests will get to create their own, personal-sized turkey or tree charcuterie board using an array of ingredients and applying the tips and tricks shared by our workshop host. One lucky winner will also take home a Farmer’s Favorite Gift Box, provided by our partner, Cabot Creamery.
Cost of ticket includes a glass of wine from a selection of Shade Mountain Winery’s seasonal wines, charcuterie board ingredients, a take-home plate on which to create your masterpiece, and a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful setting overlooking Shade Mountain vineyards. We will also have our flatscreen TVs up and ready for some football watching post-workshop. So you can enjoy your “foodie-artwork” as you relax and enjoy your afternoon at the winery.
