Join local registered dietitian nutritionist, Beth Stark, RDN, LDN on Sunday, February 5th at 1 pm to learn how to build a vibrant Mediterranean-style charcuterie board that’s full of irresistible flavors, pleasing textures and healthful nutrients. Of course, we will explore the best wines to pair with a charcuterie board too!
As part of this fun and interactive workshop, guests will get to create their own, personal-sized charcuterie board using an array of ingredients and applying the tips and tricks shared by our workshop host. One lucky winner will also take home a Farmer’s Favorite Gift Box, provided by our partner, Cabot Creamery.
Cost of ticket is $25 and includes a glass of wine from Shade Mountain’s collection of Blush/Rose wines, charcuterie board ingredients, and a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful setting overlooking Shade Mountain vineyards.
