Calling all wine and food lovers! Bring a friend and join Weis Dietitian Erin and Jenny from Shade Mountain Winery for an informative event at the Weis Markets in Lewisburg (6901 Westbranch Highway)! Erin will impart the basics of the Mediterranean Diet and why it is consistently ranked one of the healthiest “diets” in the world. And what else is the Mediterranean known for?! Elixir of the Gods=wine! Jenny from Shade Mountain Winery will provide information on their locally-made wines and offer insight on food and wine pairings!
